• CNC Machining by boring and milling of parts up to 16,000mm long x 4,000mm wide x 5,000mm high and 65 tonnes in weight.

• CNC Horizontal turning up to 10,000mm long x 2,200mm diameter and 30 tonnes in weight.

• CNC Vertical turning up to 3,200mm diameter x 2,400mm high and 30 tonnes in weight.

RPA Components have a particular expertise in special fasteners, nuts, bolts and washers of all types particularly low volume high quality hot forged bolts to 80mm diameter.
